01Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling a student with Prime Solutions & Academy, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you are a parent or guardian completing a form for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and are acting on their behalf.
02About Our Service
We provide personalized online tutoring and academic support for Primary, Lower Secondary, O Level, IGCSE, AS and A Level students, together with preparation pathways including 11 Plus, SAT, GCSE and A Level. Lessons are delivered online and follow the curriculum and syllabus agreed with the family at the start.
03Using This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and honestly. You must not submit false information, attempt to interfere with the website or its forms, use automated tools to submit enquiries or reviews repeatedly, copy or resell our materials, or use the site in a way that could harm other users or our staff.
04Enquiries and Enrolment
Submitting the Contact or Enroll Now form is a request for information and does not by itself create a contract or reserve a place. A tutoring agreement begins only when we confirm availability, the subject and level, the lesson plan and the fees with you in writing. Please make sure the details you submit are accurate so that the student is placed with the right support.
05Fees, Scheduling and Cancellations
Lesson fees, the weekly schedule, the length of each lesson and the notice period for cancelling or rescheduling a lesson are confirmed with each family before lessons begin and form part of the enrolment agreement. We do not advertise fixed prices on this website, and no payment is taken through the website forms.
06Attendance and Conduct
Families are asked to make sure the student attends agreed lessons on time and has a suitable place to learn. We ask all students, parents and guardians to treat tutors and staff with respect. We may end support where behaviour makes it unsafe or unreasonable to continue.
07Teaching Materials
Lessons, resources, worksheets and guidance we prepare remain our intellectual property and are licensed to the enrolled student for personal study only. They may not be shared publicly, resold or redistributed without our written permission. Material belonging to exam boards and publishers stays with its owner.
08Exam Boards and Third Parties
Names and logos of examination boards and organizations shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the curricula and qualifications we support. Their appearance does not indicate endorsement, partnership or sponsorship.
09Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews submitted through this website should reflect a genuine experience of our teaching. Every review is checked by our team before it is published, and we may decline, edit or remove a review that is abusive, off-topic, misleading or not based on a real experience. We do not pay for reviews or offer discounts in exchange for them.
10Academic Outcomes
We work to give every student clear explanation, structured practice and examination awareness. However, results depend on many factors including the student's attendance, effort and school assessment. We do not guarantee any particular grade, mark, offer or placement.
11Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times, but it may be briefly unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control such as hosting or internet failures. We are not liable for any loss caused by a temporary interruption of the website.
12Privacy
Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card details or medical records, through our website forms.
13Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility for claims arising from use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the service to which the claim relates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
